Dorothy E. Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy E. Nelson of Bedford, Indiana, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Finch and Esther Finch (Reavis); her husband Howard Nelson (Froggy); her son Harry; her daughter-in-law Jan; and her brother Bob Finch.
She is survived by: her daughter Sally Kimbley (Nelson) of Bedford; her grandsons, Tim Nelson (Joanne DeKemper) of Princeton, Rusty Nelson of Winslow and Joe Nelson (Cynthia); her great grandchildren, Mya and Austen Nelson of French Lick; her brother Charles Finch (Jackie) of Evansville; and her sister-in-law Mary Finch of Avon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Englewood Baptist Church, in memory of Dorothy.
