He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Perry and Edna Myrtle Perry; his brothers, Marion and Dillard; and his children, Donnie and Kathy.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Dolores Perry; his children, Deanna, Jeff, Rob, Joyce, Jamie, Julie and Rebekah; and his sister Joy Richardson.
