He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cummings and Hattie Mae Cummings (Bunch); and his siblings, Margie Walls, Sue Cummings and Roy R. Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Rose (Eagan); his daughters, Karen Cummings of Mitchell and Janie Anderson (David) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Clayton Anderson of Nashville, TN and Lori Kim (Eugene) of Bedford; his great grandchild Stella Rose Kim; and his sister Judy Scruggs of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
