He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanford Harrell and Wilma A. Harrell (Glover); and his siblings, Ronald Max Harrell and Marilyn June Isom. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Harrell of Bloomington and Darlene Harrell of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
