She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Thomas Fountaine and Ruth Fountaine of Bedford. She is survived by: her husband Jim Bellush of Bedford; her children, Kristine Bellush (Jon Aiken), JT (Stacey Bellush) and Michael (Jessica Bellush); her grandchildren, Maddie, Alex, Nick Bellush of Bloomington, Tyler, Ben Bellush, Ava, Addy and Audrey Bunch of Bedford; and her siblings, Suzanne Fountaine (Ind) of Columbus, Thomas II (Tamra Fountaine) and Cindy Fountaine (Paul Scudder). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
