She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert May and Ethel May (Pugh); and her brother James May. She is survived by: her children, Martin Hoffman (Estella) of St. Louis, MO and Barbara Hazen (Wade) of Terre Haute; her grandchildren, Sarah Thomas of Bedford, Erin McCracken (Richard) of Bentonville, AR and Jessica Millermaier (Max) of New York, NY; her stepgranddaughter Michelle Hazen Scank (A. J.) of Terre Haute; her great grandchildren, Madisyn Thomas of Bedford, Benjamin of Bentonville, AR and Turner McCracken of Bentonville, AR; and her close friend Bob Banks of Bloomington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
