She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelbert B. Hawkins, Jr. and Gloria G. Hawkins (Reuter); her brother Randy Hawkins (Emily); and her sister-in-law Debbie Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband Jon Maze of Bedford; her children, Justin Pogue (Michelle) of Liberty Hill, TX and Marci Bennett (Bryce) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Brynlea, Kaedyn Bennett, Ella Pogue and Lilly Hawkins; her brother Jerry Hawkins (Linda) of Bedford; and her children, Missy Brown (Stacey), Mindy Kimbrel (Justin) and Heath Hawkins. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or other tokens of sympathy, the family requests that contributions be made to Dive Christian Church Children's Christmas or Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
