He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Swartz (White) and Robert Spires; his stepfather Claude Swartz; his fiancée Marcia Allen; his siblings, Linda Jamison, Debra Spires, Donna May, Tony Spires, Bobby Spires and Randy Swartz; and his grandparents, Flora and Hubert White.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky Spires, David Swartz, Cathy Baker, Kristie Swartz and Stormi Swartz; his aunt Brenda Jaggers (Larry); his uncle Jim White; his nieces, Emily Spires, April Stidam and Amber Hanners; and his cousins, Allison, Erica, Twila, Jill and Anetta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Stone City Monuments to help with the cost of engraving.
