He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lee and Fatima Jones; his wife Ruby Marie Robbins; his siblings, Richard Dale Lee and Vivian Fern Taylor; and his stepmother Hazel Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Lee (Dee Robertson-Lee) of Fleming Island, FL, Kay Lee of Judah and Jan Lee (Janice Bowles-Lee) of Bedford; his grandsons, Nathan Andrew Lee (Laurie Deanne) of Atlantic Beach, FL and Justin Michael Lee of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchildren, Faeryn Isabelle Lee of Atlantic Beach, FL and Simany Alice Lee of Atlantic Beach, FL; and his caregiver Kim Bartlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
