He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dale and Phyllis Rainey (Henderson); and his son Ron. He is survived by: his wife Donna Thompson; his stepdaughter Trisha Holmes (Chris) of Maryland; his stepgrandchildren, Caroline and Clayton Holmes; his siblings, Janet Basinger (Frank) and Greg Rainey (Pam) of Springville; his niece Mindy Rainey of Springville; his great-nephew Brayden; his great-niece Kylee; and his stepgranddaughters, Julie and Jessica.
