It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dairell Scott Fultz of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph R. Fultz and Virginia Ruth Fultz (Root); and his brother Stephen T. Fultz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Purlee of Bedford; his daughters, Noelle Jean (Ross) and Janelle Deckard (Carey); his sister Kathleen Davis (Bob); his grandchildren, Dairen Jean (Ally) of West Point, NY, Dominick Jean of St. Louis, MO, Madelyn Voorhies (Austin) of Bedford and Meredith Lux (Brian) of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Palmer Voorhies, Pete Voorhies, Clara Jean, Saphira Kovac and Michael Kovac; and his pets, Zach and Cotton. He is also survived by 5 nieces; 1 nephew; several cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
