He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Hoaks and June Fisher Hoaks. He is survived by: his friend Vickie Fields of Columbus; his uncle Dwight Fisher of Norman; his sister Susie Hoaks Pray (Terry) of Bedford; his niece Mandy Pray of Bedford; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper and Bella; his nephew Seth Pray (Lindsay) of Brownstown; and his sons, Brock and Abraham. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
