He is survived by: his stepfather Douglas Staggs; and his siblings, James Staggs of Oolitic, Douglas Staggs (Margaret) of Tunnelton, Thomas Staggs (Michelle) of Bedford, Roseanna Suggs (Don) of French Lick, Mary Ann Carmichael (Douglas) of Orleans and Tammy Mundy (Tommy Terrell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
