He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hendrick and Sue Calvert (Hunt); his former wife Gail Hendrick; his brother Brett Hendrick; and his son Jonathon Burnett.

He is survived by: his wife Laura Burnett of Bedford; his children, Michael Hendrick of Brownsburg and Rebecca Counts (Jerod) of Florida; his grandchildren, Savannah Hendrick, Kendall Hendrick, Kolbie Cross and Tyler Counts; and his sisters, Angel and Cyndee Calvert.
