She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James R. and Mary A. Stevens (Staggs); her spouse Dale Edward Meadows; and her daughter-in-law Susan Kay Meadows. She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Meadows (Stephanie D.) of Bedford, Christopher M. Meadows of Bedford and Stacey A. Meadows (Sam) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Leslie D. McCracken (Bryce) of Bedford, Audrey M. Dorsett (Evan) of Bedford and Adam C. Meadows of Bedford; her stepgrandson Justin D. Smith of Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Avery S. Dorsett, Norah E. Dorsett and Chloe K. McCracken; her stepgreat-grandchild Madison G. Smith; and her siblings, Connie Johnson (Willard) of Bedford, Sonja Wilson (Dave) of Bedford and James Stevens II (Diane) of Bedford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bonnie requested no flowers to be sent. Memorial contributions can be made to Riley Children's Hospital in Honor of Dr. George W. Sorrells.
