It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby R. Meek Sr. of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil E. Meek and Francis P. Meek (Newell); his former wife Betty Vandeventer; his wife Susie Bex; his son Warren Lee Meek; and his siblings, Billie Martin, Basil E. Meek, Jr. and Wayne L. Meek.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby R. Meek, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Cataract and Rebecca Clayton (Chris) of Fishers; his grandchildren, Jackie Arthur, Ashley Meek and Spencer Clayton; his great grandchildren, Garrett Arthur, Abby Starks and Marissa Pfeiffer; his great great grandchildren, Aubree Pfeiffer and Lilly Pfeiffer; and his siblings, Don Meek of Cataract and Ruth Shepherd of Hendricksville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Main Street Hospice Facility in Franklin, Indiana.
