He was predeceased by: his parents, Lin Harrell and Beachie Harrell (Wright); his siblings, Virnard, Charles, Gene, Lawrence, Victor Harrell, Joann Imhoff and Rhea Dawn Thomas (Harry Lee); his nephew Todd Thomas; his niece Vicky Harrell; and also Dave Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Adah Rhea Harrell of Bedford; his children, Darren Harrell (Anita) of Bedford, Rhonda Folmer (Bill) of Bedford, Renee Weiss (Dan) of Bedford and Raegan Atchison (Travis) of Bedford; his grandchildren, William Folmer, Nathan, Ethan, Brandon Harrell, Keaton, Alayna, Kylee and Spencer Atchison; his great grandchildren, Jamey and Molly Folmer; and his nieces and nephews, Denny Harrell, Pammy Terrell, Ann Grunel, Kathy Elliott, Laurie Doane, Steve Harrell, Judy Umphress, Rich, Jeff Imhoff, Scott and John Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Legion, Gillen Post #33, Bedford.
