He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry M. and Hazel I. Wagoner (Reeder); his sister Lois E. Williams; and his granddaughter Abigail Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Janice of Bedford; his daughters, Jill D. Dailey (Scott) of Ohio, Pamela L. Stevens and Kurt; his grandchildren, Adam, Ryan, Owen, Liam Dailey, Ben Stevens and Zach Stevens; and his siblings, Emma Louise Webb of Bedford and Larry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
