She was predeceased by: her parents, Rennes Bowers and Helen Bowers (Mundorff); her spouse Edward Dale Boofer; her children, Micheal Boofer and Joyce Marie Boofer; her grandson Gregory Scott Pickett; and her siblings, Richard, Rennes, Jack, James Bowers and Kathryn Doyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lee Grissom (Thomas) of Bloomington and Christine Pickett (Greg) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Heather Dawn Fitch (Greg, Kimberly Grissom) of Bloomington, Michelle Boofer of Bloomington, Shannon Cook (Josh) of Orleans, Derrick Pickett (Tiffany) of Bedford and Holli Merritt (Shayne) of Speedway; her sisters, Dorothy Wright and Phyllis Valentine; and her sister-in-law Marge Bowers of Shippensburg, PA..
