She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Terrell and Pansy Terrell (Wagner); her former husband Charles Logan Baker; her husband Doyle Quackenbush; and her siblings, John Logan Terrell, Harold "Hub" Terrell and Barbara Craig.
She is survived by: her daughter Sondra Mosier of Bedford; her grandchildren, Erik Mosier (Tonya) and Reagan Mosier (Nichole); her great grandchildren, Addison Mosier, Gavin Norman, Gracie Norman and Logan Norman; her stepson Rodger Quackenbush; and her sister Josephine Freeman.
