He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Johnson and Mary Johnson (Hamilton); his wife Geradine "Jerri" Johnson; and his daughter Kelly Ann Burton. He is survived by: his spouse Geraldine "Jerri" Allen; his daughters, Lynn Mullis (Brian) and Lisa Mathews (Bill); his grandchildren, Brad Burton of Washington, D. C., Jesse Burton of Bedford, Adam Mullis (Christie) of Bedford, Scott Mathews (Ashley) of Bedford and Jake Mathews of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Jenna Mullis and Averie Mullis of Bedford; his brothers, Bill Johnson (Mary) of Monroe County and Gerald Johnson of Fayetteville; and his aunt Viola Hill of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
