He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carr and Mary Elizabeth Colburn (Roberts); and his brother Thomas George Colburn. He is survived by: his wife Sue Goldsberry; his sons, Jason (Gina) of Allentown, PA, Benjamin (Kendra) of Overland Park, KS and Joshua (Terri) of Lee; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jordan, Colton, Kailyn, Nora and Eisley Colburn; and his siblings, John H. Colburn of Lynnwood, WA, James Colburn of Bedford and Joanne Adams of Bedford.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to I.H. Convention.
