He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Galloway and Ula Mae Galloway (Walker). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy H. Galloway (Marlene J.) of Fishers and Jamie E. Turner of Atlanta; his nephew Christopher W. Galloway (Julie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mila, Cora, Hazel and Travis C. Turner (Paige); his niece Carly E. Turner; and also Charlie.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
