He is survived by: his spouse Connie Phillips; his daughter Joanna Probasco of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Jerrica Keith (Kyle) of Mississippi and Jake Edwards (Adara) of Mississippi; his great grandchildren, Kamden Keith, Brantlee Keith and Mason Edwards; his siblings, Ronnie Probasco of Bedford, Kenny Probasco of Bedford, Linda Medaris (Gene) of Bedford and Brenda Davidson (Gene) of Coatesville; his stepdaughters, Tina Roll, Regina Parker and Shawnna Baker; his mother-in-law Laura Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Arthur (Jim) and David Phillips (Judi).
