She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Gerth and Apphia Gerth of North Vernon, Indiana.; her husband Steve West; and her siblings, Jerry Gerth, Dale Gerth, Rick Gerth, Ralph Gerth, Louis Gerth and Helen McCulley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Hecht of Bedford and Elaine Singh of Columbus, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nick Durant of Indianapolis, Alyssa Dobbs, Avery West and Shay Hecht of Bedford, Indiana.; and her siblings, Walter Gerth (Wilma) of North Vernon, Carole Elam of Hope, Pete Gerth of North Vernon and Donald Gerth of Seymour.
