He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Donica and Gertrude Donica (Bartlett); and his sisters, Gardenia Donica and Mary Donica Love. He is survived by: his wife Norma Mikels; his children, Allen Donica (Terri), Fred Donica, Rick Donica (Sheila), Jim Donica (Teressa), Mike Donica (Dian) and Debby Donica; and his siblings, Corrina Flynn and Herman Donica (Lavona). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two step grandchildren.
