She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Turpin and Clara Turpin (Strunk); her husband Dave Vaught; her brothers, Tom and Jim Turpin; and her stepfather George Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Davey Vaught of Bedford; her granddaughter Melissa Beard of Bloomington; her great grandchild Chesley Taylor Beard; her brother Randy Turpin (Diana) of Bedford; and her niece Deanna Lumpe (Steve) of Bedford.
