Sue Ann Geisler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Ann Geisler of Battle Ground, Indiana, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sue Ann Geisler to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene R. Newman and Ruth E. Newman (Fisher). She is survived by: her husband Ed of Idaville; her children, Julie Kelly (Mark) of Metamora, Illinois, Sophie Lazaro (John) of Avon, Indiana and Ed Geisler (Dawn) of Franklin, Indiana; her grandchildren, Zak and Lauryn Kelly; her children, Olivia, Justine, Jack Lazaro, Evan and Reid Geisler; her sisters, Nancy Newman of Lititz, Pennsylvania and Connie; and her brother-in-law Warren Burget. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many treasured lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hippensteel Funeral Home (822 N 9th St, Lafayette, IN 47904). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to honor Sue are invited to make a donation in her name to Food Finders of Lafayette or Battle Ground Methodist Church.
