She is survived by: her uncles, John and Jim; her son Daniel Otero of Lafayette; her sister Dawn Addler (Greg Elliott) of Attica; her son-in-law James Garrett of Fort Campbell, KY.; her grandchildren, Danielle Otero and Jackson Garrett; and her nephews, Levi Austin (Ashley) and Travis Austin (Tiffany).
