He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taylor and Helen Taylor; and his sisters, Barbara Burk and Pamela Nason. He is survived by: his spouses, Carol Taylor and Sharon Foster; and his sons, John Williams of Battle Ground and Bob E. Williams (Christina Lowder Williams) of Battle Ground. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
