He is survived by: his wife Iola Kirkendall; his children, Mike Kirkendall (Angie), Jeff Kirkendall (Lisa), Jim Kirkendall and Shelly Clark (Kent); and his grandchildren, Brandon Kirkendall, Riley R., Logan Kirkendall (Whitney), Tanner Hall, Baylee Kirkendall, Alex Holmes (Kohl), Olivia Ammerman (Alex), Marisa Hall (Tyler Kendall) and William Kirkendall.
