He is survived by: his parents, Edward Michael Fouch and Janis McLellan-Lackey; his stepfather Donald Lackey of Brookville; his siblings, Amy Boeve of Allegan and Matt Weessies of Kalamazoo, Michigan.; and also Josh Willis.
