It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Lavern Miller of Batesville, Indiana, born in Greensburg, Indiana, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Meadows and Lucille Meadows (Spicer); her husband Maurice Miller; her son Maurice Miller Jr.; and her brother Clarence Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Roell (Bill) of Batesville, Jerry Miller (Ceil) of Batesville, Mike Miller (Tonya) of Yukon and Frederick Miller (Cheryl) of Batesville; and her siblings, Marita Fasbinder of Batesville and Charles Meadows of Greensburg. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren.
In accordance with the Indiana COVID-19 precautions, all attending are required to wear a mask and follow proper social distancing protocol, capacity is limited to 25 at a time for visitation.
