He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Foley and Paul Foley; and his brother Pat Foley. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Foley, Rick Foley and Glenda Riehle (John); and his sister-in-law Tina Foley.

He went with me to Howard University with me during my time in D.C. I always speak highly of Tim. He is a very important part of my life's story.
