He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. and Lavon. He is survived by: his wife Kate White of Batesville; his children, Thom Jr. White (Megan) of Borden, IN, Lindsey Hortemiller (Kris) of Westfield, IN and Molly Stirn (Aaron) of Batesville; his grandchildren, JJ, Titus, Ace, Robert, Felicity, Oliver, Eden, Layken, Bianca, Aris, Wrenley and Millie; his sisters, Janey Lewis of Batesville and Geri Schweinhart of New Albany, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Rick Lewis of Batesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Louis School, St. Louis Church, St. Louis Restoration Fund, or a Pro-Life Cause of donor's choice.
