Lewis; her grandchild Courtney; her children, Craig Brandon Lewis (Jackson) of Nancy, KY and Courtney Brianne Roberts (Mike Rose) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Ginger, Augie and Wyatt; her pets, Jade, Baxter and Rizzo; her father Myron Lee Horton of Hagerstown, IN; her siblings, Kelly Marlatt (Jeff) of New Lisbon, IN, Kim Horton of Hagerstown, IN and Mikey Horton (Chris) of Kenesaw, NE; and her close friends, Connie Adams and Cathy Curry.
