It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Paul Abplanalp of Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. and Norma; and his siblings, Patricia Woolf, Marjorie White, David and Donald Abplanalp.
He is survived by: his wife Bertie of Batesville; his sons, Patrick of Indianapolis, Bradley (Tessa) of Mitchell and Daniel of Batesville; his grandchildren, A. J., Emma Kate, Lily, Jack and Lucy Abplanalp; and his sister-in-law Pamela Abplanalp of Hartsville, Indiana.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (151 W George St, Batesville, IN 47006). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (3027 Pearl St, Oldenburg, IN 47036).
