It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite C Powers (Batesville, Indiana), who passed away on April 28, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoffman and Addie Ziegler (Brown); her son Melvin Lee Powers, Jr.; and her siblings, Phyllis Furlow and Paul Lynn Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Lee Powers; and her children, Donald Powers (Kim), Acton, Ronnie Powers (Lisa), Osgood, Eric Powers (Kim), Greensburg and Ginnie Sloan of Batesville. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
