He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Etta; his wife Diane; and his siblings, Goldie Cummins, Lloyd Fisk and Norma Beckett.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Delores Adams, Rosie Mobley, Dorie Jones, Helen Crowder, Emma Mullins and Paul Fisk.

Memorials may be given to the family c/o the funeral home to assist with expenses.
