It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D Turner of Batesville, Indiana, born in Wayland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim and Mirtie; his son David Turner; and his stepson David Cope. He is survived by: his wife Lois Turner; his stepchildren, Joyce Navara and Danny Cope; his grandchildren, Jim Ross, Jeff Turner and Rebekah Pinson; his great grandchildren, Kylie Ross and Haylie Ross; and his great great grandchild Wyatt Haley. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Continuing with COVID-19 precautions and state mandates, all attending will be asked to follow proper social distancing protocol and masks are required.
Memorials may be given to the Bible Baptist Church c/o the funeral home.
