She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolf Jr. Kern and Leona Kern (Mendell); and her siblings, Vernon Kern and Nancy Kern. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Fitzpatrick; her sons, Ron Fitzpatrick (Lisa), Richard Fitzpatrick (Barb) and Rob Fitzpatrick (Keri); and her grandchildren, Leann, Tanner, Kylee, Carly, Owen and Parker Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
