He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Federle and Anthony Federle; and his siblings, Ruth Gehl, Paul, Carl and Ralph Federle.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gutapfel August (Dot); his sons, Randy (Nancy) of Batesville and Keith (Pat) of Hidden Valley; and his sisters, Marlene Greiwe of Batesville and Joann Holzer of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
