Elsie M. Schonegge Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie M. Schonegge of Batesville, Indiana, born in Stearns, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave and Jane; and her siblings, Lelia Jett, Gladys Lynam, Minnie Garland, Dester, Leslie, Lawrence and Estel Summers.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Luke; her grandchildren, Sonja Nowatzke (Ray), David Luke Jr. (Lynn) and Andrea Damon (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Damon, Charissa, Kaylee, Brooklyn, Desmond, Tatum and Layla. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
