It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward C. Kurtz of Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Kurtz and Anthony Kurtz; his daughter Karen Kurtz; and his brother Leonard Kurtz. He is survived by: his sons, Gary (Molly Kurtz) and Daryl (Marcia Kurtz); his brother Francis Kurtz of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Trisha Candelot (Romain), Katie Scott (Kevin), Tonya Gibson (Wes), Travis Kurtz (Amanda), Aaron Kurtz, Tom Kurtz (Brittany), Tiffany (Caleb Pierson) and Victoria Kurtz. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials to the Margaret Mary Health Foundation Hospice fund or St. Louis Catholic School.
