He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan A. Gauck and Helen Gauck (Carel); his stepmother Ethel Gauck; and his brother Carl Gauck "Dude" (Viola). He is survived by: his former wife Rose Gauck (Vierling); his children, Merinda Hall, Lavern Fox, George Gauck, Daniel Gauck Jr. and Jeremy Gauck (Glenda); his nephews, David Gauck, Steve Gauck (Pam) and Randy Gauck; his niece Christine Elliott (Dusty); and his pet Peaches.
