He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Graham (Trader); his grandmother Sarah Trader; his children, Daniel Kody Lee Dollinger and Chayteyonah Nicole Dollinger; and his sister Kathy Ann Wernisch. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
