He is survived by: his wife Carol Leslie Howe; his children, Jennifer Thomas (Kurt), Shane Tolbert (Karrie) and Mitchell Tolbert (Liz); his grandchildren, Tucker Thomas, Hudson Thomas, Kinley Tolbert, Camden Tolbert, Kadyn Tolbert and David Tolbert; and his sister Linda Chapman (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
