She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hofmeister and Violet Mitchell Hofmeister; her stepfather Charlie Adams; her son-in-law Perry Wilhite; and her siblings-in-law, Bud Thompson and Ruth Hofmeister.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Dausch; her children, Marjorie Wilhite, Samantha Gantt (Josh) and Erich Dausch; her grandchild Donnie Overstreet, Jr. (Olivia); her children, C. Lawrence Wesley IV, Robert Wesley, Charlie Wilhite, Loretta Wilhite, Abigail Perdue (Connor) and Grace Wilhite; her great grandchildren, Owen Overstreet and Cheyanne Overstreet; her siblings, Leona Shepard, Frank Hofmeister, Jr., Patricia Rebennack (Gary), Cathy Thompson and Laura Ross (Simon); and her close friend Mickey Rodriguez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Loretta has requested donations be made to the Indiana State Parks or Cuddle Me Cat Rescue in lieu of flowers.
