He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Forrest; his son Larry L.; his daughter-in-law Katherine Waterson (Williams) of Bargersville; his granddaughters, Elizabeth G. Black (Kyle) of Martinsville and Joan M. Reynolds (Mark) of Fairland, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Daniel N. Black, Nathan L. Black and Elise M. Reynolds; his sister Wanda Potts of Fort Wayne; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Kelham of Auburn, Diane Croy of Fort Wayne, Judy Ellis of Carrollton, Georgia and Ralph (Jeanne Forrest) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and his close friends, Larry, Gail Norton of Butler and Jan Myers of St. Joe.
