He is survived by: his father David Green; his significant other Madison Gentry of Martinsville; his siblings, Ashley Green of Indianapolis, Jonathon and Justin Green of Greenwood; his stepsisters, Brittany and Danielle Haas of Greenwood; and his grandparents, Bill Hoffman (Deanna) of Greenwood, Bill Wilson (Priscilla) of Cloverdale and Carol Green of Trafalgar.
